About The Job:

The role holder is responsible for managing and executing marketing plan with a focus on three aspects – brand, commercial and community. which are in-line with TECOM’s respective commercial and industrial strategies. The role holder is responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing initiatives, campaigns, community and industry events aimed at promoting the respective brands, engaging the communities, attracting and retaining business partners to maximize business financial performance and return on marketing investment.

About you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is required.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in the Middle East is required.
• Previous experience within a future-facing company or innovative large real estate developer operating in Commercial Property Management and/or Industrial Leasing preferred.
• Strong knowledge across all marketing, advertising, social, digital and media aspects – paid media, social media, owned media, technology tools, backend, and tech related solutions.
• Ability to assess, suggest and develop creative ideas that work in-line with the brand strategy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and multi stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Articulate with describing visual direction.
• Strong creative, innovation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to travel to venues, business partners, suppliers etc.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is an added advantage.
