Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing at the Dubai Holding Corporate Office. The role holder will be responsible for driving the digital & social marketing strategy & plans, at the Dubai Holding corporate office. This includes areas such as strategy development, campaign & content development, media & SEO planning, website development, data & insights leadership, agency management, budgeting and special projects.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy, Budget and Operations

Explore, implement and maintain solutions which support the objectives of Dubai Holding’s digital marketing strategy.

Maintain the social media playbook to meet evolving trends, platform features, brand guidelines and business objectives.

Maintain the always on social media strategy & plans driven by the annual and monthly calendar based on evolving industry opportunities and findings from monthly reports

Lead the data and insights, SEO performance initiatives to deliver on the brand objectives

Work with function head to plan and develop annual digital marketing budget.

Social Media

Ensure retained agency implements social media playbook and the annual scope of work

Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance Dubai Holding’s social media content beyond the agency’s annual scope of work.

Lead the planning, production and promotion of existing and new long format videos, special observances and ad-hoc content.

Manage the social media platforms via partner agencies, drive the community management scope along with the Communications teams to ensure brand reputation is maintained

Campaigns

Brief relevant agencies on new campaigns, social first campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Evaluate plans and creative ideation in partnership with the brand and marketing teams & product owners.

Evaluate the organic and paid media plans and opportunities to drive the campaign objectives

Websites

Work with project stakeholders, vendors and IT to implement new website projects.

Drive content enhancement based on brand and business objectives in partnership with agencies and internal development teams

Who we are looking for:

At least 7-10 years handling digital & social media marketing, lead project management, websites & SEO led content management, social media content, data & insights leadership, media planning & social first campaign management.

Cross channel experience (websites, social, mobile, paid platforms, etc). Experience in managing multiple agencies and other partners.

Managing social media accounts and content creation.

Understanding of non-digital marketing areas (branding, corporate communications, creative ideation, etc).

Flexibility and adaptability to fluid decision making. Ability to work in fast paced environments. Coordinating technical requirements with IT and 3rd party vendors.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal stakeholder’s needs and projects. Agency and client experience.

Preferred.

Education / Professional Certifications:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.

Preferred: Specialization in digital marketing, social media marketing, relevant certifications.

Technical Competencies:

Understanding of current technology platforms and applications.

Knowledge of video format specifications. Setting up social media accounts.

Understanding the tools for data & insights Content management systems.

Knowledge of paid media specifications (display advertising, search engine marketing, social media, etc.). Working knowledge of Google Analytics.

Proficiency in written & spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
